There are no returns on any of my ceramics. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics each item is unique.
I currently offer international shipping to Canada, UK, Australia and parts of the EU. I am not responsible for any taxes or duties that can occur.
If your item arrives damaged please contact me with a photo of the piece and package.
If you choose to use a real candle the top of the holder can get hot, so please refrain from touching it. Please practice fire safety and never leave a candle unattended. I recommend using electronic tea lights(I use them daily!).
